I had been training 4-6 days per week from 2018 to 2023 before I began working with Alex. At first, I wasn’t sure how much I would get out of the training, since it was facilitated online while I was working outside of MA. In the two years since Alex began training me, I would say I’ve made twice the progress I made in the previous five years.
Alex had great ideas to bridge the distance, and through a combination of FaceTimes and back-and-forth videos, he helped me correct movements that I thought I had down.
