Whether you've struggled with consistency in the past or simply want professional direction, Alex's coaching approach can help.

During your initial consultation, Alex will discuss your fitness history, current lifestyle, specific goals, any injuries or limitations, and what you hope to achieve. This helps create a customized plan that fits your unique needs.

Training frequency depends on your goals, schedule, and experience level. Alex will work with you to create a realistic program that fits your lifestyle—typically ranging from 2-6 sessions per week.

Training sessions starting at $60/hr
